Ahmed Ždralović

Ahmed Al-Shukaili currently serves as the Vice President for the Labour Market & Employment Sector at the Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit since June 2022. Simultaneously, Ahmed has been a Senior Human Resources Consultant and Head of Talent & Succession at Petroleum Development Oman since March 2019. Previously, Ahmed held leadership positions at ASYAD Group, Oman Post, Oman Global Logistics Group, Khazaen Oman, and Oman Rail, focusing on human resources management, nationalization, and corporate support functions. With an extensive background in HR strategy and organizational development, Ahmed demonstrates expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee relations. Ahmed's educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Organizational Change and Development and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, complemented by various diplomas in business and finance.
