Gerard Welikala is a seasoned executive in digital transformation with a proven track record across various high-profile organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Digital Transformation at SoftServe since March 2024, Gerard focuses on leveraging technology and data to help clients build world-class digital businesses. Previously, as Vice President of Partners Sales & Success at Backbase, Gerard developed a robust partner ecosystem to enhance sales and revenue growth. Notably, at Wipro Digital, Gerard held multiple senior roles, achieving significant revenue increases and securing landmark digital transformation contracts. Gerard’s early career included impactful roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte Consulting, where substantial cost savings and transformative initiatives were realized. Gerard holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from King's College London.
