Vilnis Ezerins

Vilnis Ezerins is an experienced leader in software product development and investment management, currently serving as Director and Chair of the Strategy Committee at SoftServe since October 2007, focusing on solutions for US-based clients. In addition, Vilnis holds the position of Chairman of the Board and Principal at Alegian Growth Partners since 1996, managing a diverse portfolio across the USA, Ukraine, and the Philippines. Prior experience includes advisory roles at VeraData from 2014 to 2018, board membership at Cushman & Wakefield's Southwest Florida Affiliate, and significant achievements as founder of companies such as Alvion Technologies, AccuData America, and AdMail Corp. Vilnis co-founded BusinessWest and possesses educational credentials from Harvard Business School and the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
