Patrycja Pacocha

Patrycja Pacocha is an experienced HR and Recruitment Manager currently leading recruitment efforts at Software Mansion since August 2018. Prior to this role, Patrycja held various positions in talent acquisition, including Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Infolet Sp. z o.o. from April 2015 to August 2018 and Recruitment Specialist at INTERIMAX APT SP. Z O.O. from October 2014 to April 2015. Additionally, Patrycja has a background in freelance translation and recruitment coordination, further contributing to skills in managing the recruitment process and client communication. Patrycja holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Ukrainian Philology from Jagiellonian University.
