Matt Fairweather

Matt Fairweather serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Softwire since September 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing recruitment activities and fulfilling staffing needs in key locations such as London, Manchester, Cambridge, and Bucharest, with a strong emphasis on roles in Delivery, Project Management, Consulting, Design, and Development. Prior to this, Matt held various positions at GSA Techsource, including Talent Acquisition Lead and Partner, where recruitment focused on sales, marketing, and IT professionals across the UK and EMEA markets. Additional experience includes senior consulting roles at Bright Executive Recruitment Ltd, specializing in international IT recruitment, and a consultant role at Tracker Executive Ltd, concentrating on the Chemical & Coatings, Building Products, and Construction sectors. Matt's educational foundation includes GCSEs from King Edward VI Lichfield, completed in 2011.
