Claudia Bendeck Inostroza

Claudia Bendeck Inostroza is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as Directora Regional de Compensaciones, Beneficios y People Operations for Softys since February 2023. Claudia has previously held significant roles such as Human Resources Manager at BOPackaging, where negotiations and strategic planning were successfully executed, and Jefa División de Análisis y Control de Gestión for the Gobierno Regional de Santiago, overseeing regional projects. Notably, Claudia became the first woman to lead Gendarmería de Chile in 2018. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Megasalud, Tecnofarma S.A., DNA Human Capital, and Grupo Copesa, showcasing expertise in cultural transformation, labor relations, and strategic human resource management.
