Min Shrimpton

Min Shrimpton is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in strategy and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of House Foundations, Communications at Soho House & Co since January 2017, Min has authored multiple ESG reports and founded the successful global mentoring programme, Soho Mentorship, which has supported over 1,100 young people from lower-socioeconomic backgrounds. Prior roles include Head of ESG, Communications and Head of Communications, International at Soho House & Co, and Senior Account Manager at Purple. Additionally, Min is the founder of Yarn, a venture focused on sourcing and restoring vintage rugs. Min Shrimpton holds a degree in History of Art from the University of Leeds.
