Vanessa Rumsey

Vanessa Rumsey, CPA, has extensive experience in financial reporting and accounting, currently serving as Head of Group Financial Reporting and Accounting and Head of US GAAP Reporting at Soho House & Co since June 2021. Prior to this role, Vanessa held the position of Senior Manager, Technical Accounting & Accounting Policies at Avon (June 2018 - June 2021) and worked at PwC UK from October 2013 to May 2018 as an Accounting Advisory Manager, where responsibilities included GAAP conversion projects and advising on SEC listing requirements. Vanessa began their career at PwC as an Accounting Advisory Senior Associate and Senior Audit Associate between September 2009 and September 2013, focusing on audit planning and compliance for financial institutions. Early experience includes roles as an Audit Associate at PwC and internships at Deloitte and Johnson & Johnson. Vanessa holds a Master of Accounting Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's in Accounting from Florida International University.
