Sandrine Chabanet

Sandrine Chabanet currently serves as the Head of Innovation Pilot Engineering at SOITEC, contributing expertise in materials for smartphones, cars, and connected devices since January 2019. Prior experience includes leadership roles as Head of Front-End R&D at Sofradir, specializing in infra-red detectors, and as Head of R&D at Alfa Laval, focusing on welded heat exchangers. Earlier in their career, Sandrine Chabanet worked as an R&D project manager at Alcan, concentrating on aluminum for brazed heat exchangers. Sandrine Chabanet holds an Executive MBA in Competitive Strategy from INSEAD, a Green Belt in 6-sigma from Alfa Laval, a post-doctorate in Materials Science from Case Western Reserve University, a PhD in Materials Science from Grenoble INP - Ense3, and an engineering degree in Materials Science from INSA Lyon.
