Natasha Rocha Maggessi Esq, LLM, CFE, ACSI is an accomplished tax professional with extensive international experience encompassing roles in corporate taxation, compliance, and legal advisory. Currently serving as Group Tax Manager at Sol Petroleum, Natasha leads the in-house tax function across 25 countries, overseeing diverse taxation areas, including mergers and acquisitions and risk management, while managing a dedicated team and spearheading D&I initiatives. Previous positions include Tax Planning Manager at BRASIA LTD. and Vice President – International Taxation at Holborn Assets LLC, among others, where Natasha specialized in cross-border transactions and developed tax structures to facilitate global investment. Natasha holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Federal Fluminense, an LLM in International Economic Law from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and additional finance education from Harvard University.
