Steinar Haugberg

Steinar Haugberg is a communications professional with extensive experience in various roles spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Nettredaktør and kommunikasjonsrådgiver at Sola kommune since December 2024, Steinar previously held the position of Senior Communications Manager at Project Neon AS from August 2023 to November 2024. With a significant background at Capgemini from May 2018 to August 2023 as Senior Consultant/Project Manager, Steinar has contributed to digital transformation projects across multiple sectors, including oil and gas. Prior experience includes serving as kommunikasjonsrådgiver/webredaktør/prosjektleder at the Norwegian Maritime Authority and leadership roles at Norli Gruppen AS and Lothes Bokhandel AS. Steinar began a career in journalism, including roles as kulturleder and kulturjournalist at Haugesunds Avis, and has developed a strong foundation in media and communications through various freelance opportunities.
