Pamela Roussos is an accomplished leader and social entrepreneur with extensive experience in driving social impact through innovative strategies and partnerships. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Cofounder of WeavingImpact, Pamela is dedicated to addressing the racial wealth divide in the United States. In addition to this role, Pamela has been an Executive Fellow and Mentor at the Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship since 2008, where responsibilities include ecosystem connectivity and mentoring social entrepreneurs. Pamela's leadership extends to board positions with Innovation Works and Livelyhoods, and as Chair of the Advisory Council for Solar Sister, focusing on clean energy access for women in rural Africa. Previous roles include Director at Pact, CMO at AppFirst, and Managing Director at PSR Strategies, showcasing a diverse background in marketing, strategy, and social impact initiatives.
