Zbigniew Palenica

Zbigniew Palenica serves as the Chief Executive Officer at KrakTransRem Sp. z o.o. since April 2023. In addition, Zbigniew has been a Member of the Board at Solaris Bus & Coach S.A. since June 2012. Zbigniew's extensive experience in the transportation sector includes a long tenure at MPK SA Krakow, where Zbigniew held multiple roles including CFO, Project Finance leader, Chairman of the Light Rail Assembly, and Vice-President of UITP from June 1996 to 2012. Zbigniew holds Master of Science degrees from both Goethe University Frankfurt and Krakow University of Economics.
