Jenson Chai

Jenson Chai is a Solutions Engineer for ASEAN at SolarWinds since November 2022, specializing in the SaaS Observability platform and fostering relationships with local partners. Previously, Jenson served as a System Engineer at Synapxe, focusing on Dynatrace and application performance monitoring while ensuring service delivery within SLAs. Prior experience includes a role at StarHub as a System Engineer, where Jenson implemented various application performance monitoring tools and enhanced business observability through data analysis and dashboard creation. Jenson began the professional journey as a Research Intern at Panasonic, contributing to an automated vehicle curb detection project. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a diploma from Singapore Polytechnic.
