Aksel Pettersen

Aksel Pettersen currently serves as Avdelingsleder at Solcellespesialisten AS, overseeing the utility department responsible for Norway's first ground-mounted solar power plant, a role held since October 2018. Prior positions at Solcellespesialisten include Project Leader and Team Leader for calculations, focusing on quality for corporate customer proposals and managing teams of up to four full-time estimators. Aksel has also been involved in various project management capacities for solar installations and has experience as a part-time bid estimator. Academic contributions include teaching assistant roles in thermophysics, electromagnetism, and classical mechanics at Norges miljø- og biovitenskapelige universitet. Aksel holds a Master's degree in Environmental Physics and Renewable Energy, along with relevant international educational experience in engineering physics.
