Jen Little

Jen Little is the Student Employability & Opportunities Manager at Solent University, overseeing the Careers and Advice Team within Solent Careers since January 2024. Previously, Jen served as the Student Employability & Advice Team Lead at the University of Portsmouth and the Lead Faculty Placements & Employability Officer, supporting placements in the Faculty of Science and Health and co-chairing the Women's Staff Network. Jen has extensive experience in employability and career services acquired over six years at Anglia Ruskin University, focusing on Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences students. Earlier in their career, Jen worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Pure and as a Recruitment Consultant at People Marketing and Macildowie Associates. Jen holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies from Nottingham Business School and a BSc Hons in Physics and Chemistry from Nottingham Trent University.
