Nathan Ghann

Nathan Ghann is currently a Doctoral Researcher at Solent University, engaged in a PhD program focused on Higher Education Management. With extensive experience in educational consulting and leadership roles, Nathan serves as Programme Director and Project Manager at The Educate Group, where responsibilities include implementing programs to enhance student retention and address disparities in degree outcomes. As an Associate Consultant for Advance HE, Nathan contributes expertise in equity, diversity, and inclusion. Previous roles include advising on student success initiatives aimed at reducing the BAME attainment gap at the University of Hertfordshire and coordinating the HBS Student Development Programme. Nathan's educational background includes a Master's in Business Analysis and Consultancy and a Bachelor's in Economics and Marketing from the University of Hertfordshire, alongside ongoing professional development in higher education teaching.
