Rachel Lamb

Rachel Lamb serves as an Academic Board member at Solent University, a role appointed in October 2023, and is a Course Director with expertise in active learning and cross-curriculum collaboration. With over 20 years of experience in strategic curriculum design, Rachel is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and has a proven track record of exceeding benchmark KPIs. In addition to being a senior lecturer in social media analytics, marketing, and journalism, Rachel holds editorial positions as Editor of the International Journal of Fashion Education and Editor in Chief of Carbon Magazine UK. Recent roles include jury member for the Epica Awards and external examiner at various universities, providing strategic advice on curriculum development and quality assurance. Rachel holds multiple degrees, including a Senior Fellowship in Educational Leadership and a BA in European Politics and Modern Languages.
