Joshua Harris

Joshua Harris currently serves as the Director of Materials Engineering at Solid Power, Inc., since August 2024. Prior experience includes significant roles at Factorial Energy, where Joshua held multiple titles such as Director of Advanced Materials and Director of Process Engineering from August 2018 to August 2024. Earlier in Joshua's career, experience as a Senior Chemist at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee involved managing programs at the Energy Advancement Center, alongside previous academic roles at the University of Massachusetts. Joshua's professional journey began with co-founding Zane Benefits andworking as a Benefits Consultant. Academic credentials include a PhD in Chemistry and a BS in Physics from UMass Boston, as well as a BS in Economics from Tufts University.
