Michaela Perry-Kay

Michaela Perry-Kay is an experienced building control professional currently serving as a Senior Building Control Surveyor at Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Building Surveyor for Warwickshire Police from June 2021 to September 2022, and as a Director at both The Surveyors' Company and THE SURVEYORS' COMPANY (SOLIHULL) LTD between August 2011 and June 2021.
