Hisham D. Alashqar is an experienced professional in the technology and customer experience sectors, currently serving as a Senior Technical Consultant at solutions by stc since May 2020. In addition to this role, Hisham has been a Team Lead for Customer Experience at Jathwa since July 2016 and has held various positions at Saudi Telecom Company since February 2008, including Senior Software Engineer - Team Leader and Software Engineer. Hisham has a strong background in supporting contact centers, managing both human and technological resources to enhance productivity and service quality.
