Shannon McGowan

Shannon joined Solve in 2019 but has assisted in recruiting efforts as a consultant for several years prior to joining the team permanently.

Prior to coming to Solve Shannon was a recruiter who also managed HR and onboarding logistics in fields which include, telecom, finance, healthcare, marketing, food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, biomedical sales and merchandising.

She holds a BA in Public Relations and Communications from Rowan University.
