Monica Baron

Monica Baron is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, business development, and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success, Head of Business Development, and Head of Global Partners at Solve Next since February 2022, Monica is also a Life Coach at Your Mind Design since October 2023. Previous roles include Project Manager at the Colombian Consulate, where strategic alliances and communication strategies were pivotal, and Communications Coordinator at Flores Katama. Monica has a strong background in sales, having built and trained a team of over 400 individuals at Zrii. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Project Management from Summa University, a Master's degree in Social Innovation, and a degree in Social Communication with a focus on advertising and organizational communication from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
