Stephanie Duerr

Stephanie Duerr is an accomplished manufacturing professional with over seven years of experience in the specialty tissue processing industry. Currently serving as Director of Manufacturing at Solvita since June 2016, Stephanie oversees a team dedicated to transforming donated tissue into allografts for transplantation, education, or research. Previous roles at Solvita include Dental Processing Manager and Birth Tissue Processing Supervisor, where Stephanie established strategic goals, coached team members, and implemented process improvements. Earlier experience as an Education & Training Specialist equipped Stephanie with skills in training and competency assessment. Stephanie's foundation in biology was built at Wright State University, where a Bachelor of Science degree was earned. Prior to the current role, experience as a Cake Decorator at The Cake Shop honed customer service and collaboration abilities.
