Conor Irwin

Conor Irwin is an Associate at SomeraRoad, focusing on the underwriting and development of ground-up multifamily and mixed-use commercial projects. He also assists with the asset management function across our existing multifamily portfolio.

Prior to joining SomeraRoad, Conor was an Associate at Truist, both in Chicago and New York City, supporting the placement of over $2.5 billion of debt products. Conor began his career sourcing and placing permanent agency loans through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. He later transitioned to underwriting balance sheet debt products across a variety of asset classes and geographies, with a specific focus on construction lending.

Conor received a B.B.A. from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
