Florent Launaire has over a decade of experience in sales excellence and global CRM leadership, currently serving as the Salesforce Process Owner at SOMFY Group since March 2011. Responsibilities include defining sales methodologies, managing training programs, and overseeing reporting and sales community initiatives. Previously held roles include IS/IT Business Partner, Business & Solution Analyst for Salesforce, and Finance Project Leader for ERP deployments. With a strong educational background that includes a Master's degree in Audit, Controls and Governance from Université de Franche-Comté and a Master's in Business Administration from Université Robert Schuman, Florent has also served as an instructor in ERP and controlling at IAE Besancon.
