Barbara Jean Roldan M.s.w.

Barbara Jean Roldan, M.S.W., CDR, CIR, CMVR, CSMR, CTR, currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Sompo International, a global specialty provider of property and casualty insurance and reinsurance, since December 2014. Previously, Barbara held the position of Corporate Vice President - Business Partner at New York Life Insurance Company from June 2007 to November 2014, and served as Assistant Manager of Employee Relations & Training at Mitsui & Co., (USA), Inc. from January 2000 to May 2007. Barbara began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at MetLife from July 1995 to November 2000. Barbara holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Fordham University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Vermont.
