Betty Swaney

Betty Swaney is an experienced professional in change management, project management, and business process analysis, with a focus on the insurance and reinsurance sectors. As the owner of redbee, llc since April 2010, Betty has provided consulting services emphasizing change management and system integration. In current roles as SAP Release Manager at Sompo International and previous positions including Principal Consultant at Gen Re and Q_PERIOR, Betty has played a key role in the global implementation of SAP FS-RI/CD and change management within large organizations.
