Juan Carlos Rehder, MBA, CPCU, currently serves as Senior Vice President at Sompo International, where responsibilities include the development and training of Life Science underwriters across the United States, Mexico, and Europe, as well as educating broker partners on product and service offerings. Prior to this role, Juan Carlos held various leadership positions at Chubb from 1996 to 2021, specializing in Life Science underwriting and managing client relationships, particularly with Marsh, Inc. Juan Carlos also led the Life Science Competition committee and contributed to significant industry discussions through presentations and white papers. Earlier experience includes managing a $3.5 million book of business at Royal & Sun Alliance. Juan Carlos holds a B.A. in Biology from Colgate University and an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
