Simge Demirel

Simge Demirel currently serves as an HR Business Partner Executive at Sompo Sigorta since July 2024. Prior to this role, Simge held various positions in human resources, including Technology HRBP at Yıldız Tech from February 2022 to June 2024, and at istegelsin from February 2022 to May 2023. Simge began a career in HR as an IT Recruitment Specialist at NBS Human Resources from August 2021 to February 2022, and worked in the recruitment department at OBSS from November 2020 to August 2021. Early experience includes a brief internship in Human Resources at Tat Gıda in August 2020. Simge holds a bachelor's degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations from Istanbul University, completed in June 2021.
