Kristina Ledang is a seasoned HR professional with a diverse background in various HR roles. Currently serving as a People & Culture Partner at Sonar since August 2022, Kristina previously held the position of Client Success & Engagement Manager at Beyond Just You from October 2020 to August 2022, where expertise was utilized in helping business owners find top talent and build high-performing teams. As a Human Resources Manager at ITW from September 2018 to October 2020, Kristina was instrumental in managing HR operations for the Houston location. Earlier experience includes significant contributions at Kiewit in multiple HR capacities, such as leading HR initiatives for a large-scale project and achieving high recruitment success. Kristina began the HR career as an intern at FMC Technologies and has a foundational background in case management with Lanico Healthcare.
