Marisa Davis

Marisa Davis is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in education, culture development, and project assistance. Currently serving as a Culture Developer at SonarSource since September 2021, Marisa focuses on scaling the organizational culture amidst rapid growth while upholding the company's core values. Previous experience includes roles as a substitute teacher for English and history at the DIP (département de l'instruction publique, Genève) and as a project assistant at the Ewha Institute for Leadership Development, where Marisa contributed to organizing an intensive seminar for women in STEM. Marisa holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Sociology from Ewha Womans University and multiple degrees in English language, literature, and history from the University of Geneva, along with a certification in ESL teaching.
