Nicole Shanks

Nicole Shanks, PHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Nicole has held senior leadership positions at various companies, including Vice President of Human Resources for Sonesta Hotels, Controlled Contamination Services, and Texas Western Hospitality, as well as the Area Director of Human Resources at Omni Hotels & Resorts and Regional Human Resources Manager at Pillar Hotels and Resorts. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Georgia State University, earned in May 2007.
