Ray Farrow has over 15 years of extensive experience in training and organizational development within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Director of Training at Sonic Automotive since January 2012, Ray has held multiple roles including Training and Organizational Development Manager, Instructional Design Manager, and National Training Manager. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at CarMax from March 2007 to January 2012 as a Senior Sales Associate, where Ray earned the Presidents Club Award for exceptional performance. Additionally, experience as an Engineering Recruiter at Aerotek and as an Assistant Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car highlights a diverse skill set in recruitment and customer service. Ray holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and pursued further education at Oregon State University.
