David Wilbur

David Wilbur has extensive experience in technical support and systems administration, beginning with a role at Pella Windows & Doors, Inc. as a Systems Administrator from December 1991 to September 2003. Following this, David transitioned to Vinciti Networks, where responsibilities included Level 3 support from 2002 to 2003. David then served as Service Center Supervisor at e4e Tech Services from September 2002 until November 2006, before joining Dell SonicWALL as an Enterprise Technical Support Adviser and later as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, positions held since November 2006. David's education includes studies at Decatur Central from 1984 to 1988 and at CDO between 1985 and 1987.
