Kai Schmidt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and installed base support. Currently serving as a Senior Installed Base Specialist for Benelux and Nordics at SonicWall Inc. since June 2019, Kai has demonstrated expertise in managing customer relationships and enhancing service delivery. Prior to this role, Kai worked as a Leitender Account-Manager at Panda Security from March 2018 to May 2019, where skills in sales and client engagement were further developed.
