Thomas Sanna

Thomas Sanna is a seasoned legal and tax advisory expert currently serving as a Partner at Sonntag & Partner since September 2013. With a robust background in advising national and international clients on tax and legal structuring of investments, particularly in real estate, M&A, private equity, and the optimization of financing structures, Sanna has extensive experience in the field. Prior to this, Sanna held the position of Partner at Graf Kanitz, Schüppen & Partner and served as Tax Partner and Senior Manager at Ernst & Young. Sanna began their career as an Associate at Haarmann Hemmelrath. Educational qualifications include a doktor iuris degree from the University of Jena, a Second German Law Exam, and a First German Law Exam from the University of Konstanz.
