Julie Tay is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member at EBOS Group Limited and Sonova Group, and as an Executive Advisor at Signature Leaders, Julie has held significant roles across various organizations. Previously, as Senior Vice President & Managing Director for Asia Pacific at Align Technology, Julie established a unified strategy that expanded market presence across multiple regions. Prior to this, Julie held key positions at Bayer, Johnson Diversey, and Johnson & Johnson, driving strategic initiatives and market development. Julie holds an MBA from Curtin University and completed the International Director's Program at INSEAD, complementing a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Political Science from the National University of Singapore.
