Vivian Xu

Vivian Xu is an accomplished finance and operations leader with extensive experience in the music and technology industries. Currently serving as General Manager of Finance & Operations at Sony Music Entertainment since October 2015, Vivian oversees financial activities for a leading global record label. Previously, Vivian held roles as Finance Controller at Motorola Solutions, focusing on finance team management and operational efficiencies, and as Senior Credit Manager at Sony Mobile Communications, where responsibilities included accounts receivable and cash flow management. Vivian's career began at Schneider Electric as Senior Credit Supervisor, managing credit in China. Academically, Vivian holds an MBA from Pacific States University, a Master's in International Finance from the University of International Business and Economics, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Renmin University of China.
