Indranil Chakraborty

Indranil Chakraborty is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the media, entertainment, and consulting industries. Currently serving as Head of Studio Next at Sony Pictures Entertainment since October 2018, Indranil is responsible for establishing the studio business for TV and digital content. Prior to this role, Indranil was the Chief Executive Officer at Big Synergy Media Ltd, where responsibilities included driving business vision and managing P&L. Indranil has held numerous leadership positions including Chief Operating Officer at Mumbai Mantra Media and Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President at Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd. Indranil began the career as a Project Engineer at Larsen & Toubro Limited and holds degrees in Marketing and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
