Jordi Tello

Jordi Tello is an accomplished music industry professional with extensive experience as an A&R Director and Creative Manager. Since November 2017, Jordi has served as the A&R Director at Sony Music Entertainment, overseeing the artistic development of various renowned artists such as Rozalén, C. Tangana, and Rosalía. Prior to this role, Jordi was the Creative Director/Head of A&R at Universal Music Publishing Group from 2002 to 2017, managing significant projects in talent acquisition and artist development. Earlier career highlights include positions at Warmer Music as an A&R, sound engineering at Heatroom Recording Studios, and promotional roles at Surco Distribución Independiente and Fnac Callao. Additionally, Jordi was a bassist for the rock band Yoghourt Daze from 1993 to 2003 and has managerial experience within the music industry. Jordi's educational background includes studies at the Universidad de Alcalá de Henares.
