Maya Taseva

Maya Taseva currently serves as the Group Human Resources Director at Sopharma since September 2020, where responsibilities include providing overarching HR leadership and defining the HR strategy in alignment with business priorities. Previously, Maya held the position of Country Human Resources Manager at Carlsberg Bulgaria AD from January 2012 to September 2020, overseeing the HR agenda and People Strategy. Other significant roles include Recruitment, Training and Development Manager, Human Resources Manager at Bulstrad Life, HR and Administration Manager at Ceres Agrigrowth Investment Fund, Training and Recruitment Specialist at Orbitel Ltd, and Human Resources SPV at Coca-Cola HBCo.
