Benjamin Davis

Benjamin Davis has extensive experience in the fields of learning and development, as well as interpreting education. Currently serving as a Senior Learning and Development Manager at Sorenson Communications since June 2019, Benjamin has successfully implemented a compliance release process and evaluated learning management system vendors to enhance efficiency. Previous roles include Instructional Designer, where Benjamin developed training for new software systems and made HR compliance trainings accessible in American Sign Language. In academia, Benjamin has contributed as an Adjunct Instructor at Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City, teaching interpreting classes since March 2019, and has also held positions as a Freelance Interpreter and various specialized roles at Sorenson Communications. Benjamin's educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Online Teaching from Oklahoma State University, a Master of Science in American Sign Language/English Interpreting from the University of North Florida, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sign Language Interpretation from Siena Heights University.
