Dr. Mario De Miguel Ramos

Dr. Mario De Miguel Ramos has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 2022, they became the Head of Program Management at CW (Cambridge Wireless Ltd), where they are responsible for CW's involvement in UKTIN (UK Telecoms Innovation Network). In 2017, they co-founded Sorex Sensors and served as both the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer. Dr. Mario was also a College Research Associate and Supervisor at Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge in 2015. In addition, they were a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Cambridge in 2015, a PhD Candidate at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from 2011 to 2015, and a Visiting Researcher at the University of Cambridge in 2013 and 2015.

Dr. Mario De Miguel Ramos has an extensive education history. In 2017, they completed the Impulse Programme at the University of Cambridge in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. From 2012-2015, they earned a PhD in Electronic Engineering Systems from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in Electrical Engineering. From 2006-2012, they earned an MEng in Telecommunications from the same university in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering. From 2008-2011, they completed the Programa de Liderazgo, Escuela de Liderazgo Universitario (ELU) at the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria in Humanities/Humanistic Studies. Additionally, they hold a Certificate Of Proficiency in English from the University of Cambridge, obtained in June 2006, as well as a Deutsches Sprachdiplom Zweite Stufe from KMK, obtained in April 2006.
