Disah Berglund has extensive experience in the customer service and support sector, with a career spanning over a decade. Currently employed at SOS Alarm since September 2012, Disah has held multiple leadership roles, including Chef Kundfaktura, Chef Kundsupport Säkerhet och Jourtjänster, Gruppchef, and Driftledare, contributing to various aspects of customer operations. Prior to this, Disah worked as a Resekonsult at BIG Travel Sweden from January 2010 to August 2012, where skills in travel consulting were developed.
