Travis Steffen

Travis Steffen is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. As Co-Founder and Chief People, Process, and Platform Officer at Revatto since April 2024 and Chief Executive Officer at both GenePool Technologies and GrowthTeam since early 2024 and late 2022, respectively, Travis focuses on advancing early-stage SaaS growth initiatives. Additionally, Travis holds mentorship positions with 500 Global, SOSV, and Techstars, and serves as a Venture Partner at 7BC.VC while advising various startups including LvlUp Ventures, Pickmeup, and Scorely. Academically, Travis has a Master's in Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics from the University of Northern Iowa, an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, and is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration in Marketing at Liberty University.
