Sean L. Cunningham

Sean L. Cunningham has served as a member of the board since 2015. Mr. Cunningham joined GTCR in 2001 and is currently a managing director of the firm. Prior to joining GTCR, he worked as a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group. Mr. Cunningham currently is a director of Maravai LifeSciences and several private companies. He holds A.B. and B.E. degrees in engineering sciences from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He was selected to serve on the board of directors because of his wide range of experience overseeing and assessing the performance of companies in the industry, decades-long investment practice and extensive knowledge of strategy and business development.
