Marlon Dylan Herrera

Marlon Dylan Herrera is a seasoned construction manager with extensive experience in transit systems and public infrastructure projects. Currently serving as a Construction Manager at Sound Transit since December 2018, Marlon drives contractor performance and enhances the rider experience while managing public assets. Previously, Marlon held roles as Deputy Construction Manager and Project Manager, overseeing vertical facilities and capital improvement projects. Marlon's experience also includes positions as a Senior Project Coordinator at Seattle Public Utilities and a Project Management Intern at King County Wastewater Treatment Division. Marlon’s educational background comprises a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Washington, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Seattle University.
