Regent Brown is an experienced Organizational Transformation and Belonging Consultant and Coach at Fostering Real Opportunities since March 2014, while also serving as a DEIA Team Member at Sounds True since June 2022, focusing on diversity and inclusion within the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certificate Program. Previously held the role of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager at Spirit Rock Meditation Center and served as Director of People & Culture at EnviroIssues, where responsibilities included enhancing the employee experience and promoting an anti-racist culture. Regent Brown's educational background includes degrees in Organizational Psychology/Human Resources from Capella University and American InterContinental University, as well as training in Management and Supervisor Training from Portland Community College.
