Aleshan Maistry

Aleshan Maistry currently serves as Head of Tech and Data at Sourcefin, having previously held positions as Digital Principal at Synthesis Software Technologies and Application Development Manager/Tech Lead at FNB South Africa. Aleshan has extensive experience in Java, PL/SQL, and SQL development, with a strong focus on data integrity and application design. Prior roles include Senior Technology and Integration Specialist at Britehouse and PLSQL and Java Developer at 2Cana Solutions, showcasing proficiency in Oracle architecture, shell scripting, and AGILE methodologies. Aleshan's career began with a web design consultancy, MoyaDesigns, established in 2010, and included a brief tenure as an IT teacher at Wingen Heights Secondary School. Aleshan holds a Master's degree in Computer Science, along with a Bachelor's degree and Honours from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
